Site Engineer (With or Without Experience)

Job Description:

Tvirtas Construction Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and quality control of our geotechnical engineering and construction projects. Responsibilities will vary depending on your experience level, but may include:

• For candidates with experience:

  • Overseeing day-to-day construction activities on assigned projects

  • Monitoring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations

  • Conducting quality control inspections and documenting findings

  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors

  • Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation

  • Identifying and resolving any construction site issues

  • Reporting progress to project managers and engineers

• For candidates with no prior experience:

  • Assisting senior engineers with site inspections and documentation

  • Learning construction practices and procedures

  • Participating in quality control activities under supervision

  • Gaining valuable experience in the field of geotechnical engineering

Requirements (For All):

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proficient in CAD and/or Civil 3D

• Valid government-issued IDs (e.g., Passport, Driver's License)

Requirements (For Experienced Candidates):

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction site engineering (adjust based on your needs)

• Working knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations

• Experience with construction surveying equipment (preferred)
