Job Description:

Tvirtas Construction Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal structures for our geotechnical engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications

• Select the appropriate welding process, equipment, and materials for the job

• Set up and operate various welding machines, such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)

• Perform various welding techniques, such as butt welds, fillet welds, and lap welds

• Ensure the quality and integrity of welds through visual inspection and non-destructive testing (if required)

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Welder

• Proven ability to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards

• Strong understanding of welding safety procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Physically fit for the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in various positions

Qualifications:

• Certification with TESDA Training NCII Certification

• Experience with welding different types of metals

• Experience in fabrication and assembly of complex structures
