Job Description:

Tvirtas Construction Corporation is seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our team as a First Aider. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by providing immediate medical attention in case of accidents or emergencies on our geotechnical engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid to employees in case of injuries or sudden illness, following established protocols.

• Assess the situation and prioritize casualties based on medical need.

• Perform basic first-aid procedures, such as CPR, applying bandages, controlling bleeding, and managing shock.

• Maintain a clean and well-stocked first-aid kit.

• Stay up-to-date on first-aid and CPR certifications through regular training.

• Report incidents and accidents to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during emergencies.

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a First Aider

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think clearly under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Compassionate and caring nature
